This is the sequel to A Child Called It, in this book we read about the next stage in Dave Pelzer's life. It is a truly amazing and inspiring book, it is one that will move you to tears and make you feel for him. He grew up in an abuse household, with no-one to turn to, in the series of books about his life he reveals just how bad his life was when he was growing up and how he managed to make something of his life dispite what his childhood was like. This book truly makes you appreciate what your own life is like and makes you appreciate the people that you have around you. It is very well written and really draws the reader into the book and makes them feel many different emotions, it is truly a emotional rollercoaster but it is a great book for readers who enjoy true life novels.

I found them very well written, they caught my attention and made me want to carry on reading them to find out what happened next. I enjoyed all four of the books and thought they were equally as good as each other, the chapter samples contain more then enough of the books to make you want to purchase them to find out what happens.

I found this novel on the Kindle Store for free and so I thought that I would give it a try. This novel is a lighthearted and fun story to read, it isn't serious and has a few funny moments in it. The main character Mia is very well developed and described in this book (which can be read as a stand alone book) and her group of friends are all very likeable and relateable. It is a rather girly book, which does contain some real life situations that some might be able to relate too.

I love Jill Mansell books and can't find it in my heart to say a bad word about any book she has done. She is a truly brilliant author and amazing at 'chick-lit' books. There is several relationships been explored although some of the choices the characters make aren't the best it brings a more realistic light to them. The characters have great depth to them which makes them seem more realistic, this is because of the great writing talent of Jill Mansell, you end up getting caught up in all of the relationships.

We follow Charlie, Grampa and Willy Wonka on the adventures and journeys in the amazing sequel to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. It is a truly great childrens book as it helps to expend their imagination and engage in the book. It is a silly, fun, and funny book for children to enjoy and love. In my opinion it isn't as good as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory however it is still a really good story.

I found this version on the Kindle Store for free and so I thought that I would give it a go as I have always wanted to read it. It is a classic story that I think all readers should read at some stage of their life, this version wasn't particularly very good (kindle version) but it is still a classic good tale that is fun to read. I did enjoy reading it as I love books with Dracula in, but I did think that the kindle version could have been edited alittle bit better there were alot of spelling mistakes and grammer mistakes.

I found this book on the Kindle Store for free and so I thought that I would give it a go :) I thought that this was a very good thriller book written by a very talented author Rachel Amphlett. This is a book that doesn't have any dull moments, it has an interesting storyline that will make you want to read it. The characters that she has in the book as realistic, easy to understand and get along with, they are interesting and each bring something to the book. The story is easy to follow without too many overly complicated words so it is fine for young adult readers as well. It is a very well written book, with a very unique story, i would say that it is a modern thriller. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the book and it would definately be worth the money to buy it.

Another brilliant book in the Matthew Bartholomew series written by the excellent Susanna Gregory. It is a book which captures your attention and doesn't let it go until the very last word of the book. A supurb book, brilliantly written. Recommended to anyone who enjoys murder mystery books and books by Susanna Gregory.

This story is set in 1354 near Christmas Time, there is a man who has been found dead near a church in the village. However the body is identified as being Phillipa's ( Matthew's earnest love)husbands servant, then the husband is found dead. We go through the journey with Matthew Bartholomew to find out if the death's are a coincidence or if it is something much more sinister. This is an absolutely amazing murder mystery book that is sure to get hold of your attention and keep it right until the very end.

I received this book for free through GoodReads FirstReads competitions. I thought that this was an extremely well written novel that effortlessly captures the readers attention and keeps hold of it. It is a book that is incredibly hard to put down, I lost alot of hours of sleep as I just couldn't stop reading this book!
Jack Jordan is a very talented author who keeps up and excellent pace throughout the book so that there isn't a lull where you consider putting the book down. It is one that I would definately read again and again and read more by this fantastic author. The way he describes the characters and the surroundings paints a vivid image in your mind so that you can see it all playing our infront of you, the characters are easy to relate to, understand and realistic. An absolutely fabulous book to read! I am so happy that I won this book.

This is one of the lesser known novels by Agatha Christie that she wrote in a slight rush as she needed the money to support herself and her daughter, although she herself didn't think that this way anywhere near her best work I was eager to read it as I am with all Agatha Christie novels. I think that she was being abit hard on herself, it wasnt her best but it certainly wasn't a rubbish book to read (in my opinion).
This is a novel featuring the brilliant, intelligent Hercule Poirot where he starts the novel on a train journey to the Riviera where he meets Ruth Kettering, an american heiress. The next morning all her private affairs are known to the public as she is found murdered in her compartment, all Poirot has to go on is a suspicious man hanging around the victim, which as we know is more than enough for Poirot to find out who it was and as soon as he starts to investigate the secrets of Ruth Ketterings life comes to light.

I found this set of novels on the Kindle Store for free and so I thought that I would give them a try. I thought that they were a really good set of books that were all expertly written. I throughly enjoyed reading them and think other crime genre lovers will love the books too. There was the odd spelling and grammer error that I come to expect in the Kindle version of books, which for me would normally make the review drop a star...however for this book I just didn't have the heard to do as it is definately a 4star novel!
Just the name 'A Triple Thriller Fest' makes you want to read it, it grabs your attention and pulls you in (if you're a fan of thrillers), it makes you want to sink your teeth into it...and for me I couldn't stop reading them I thought they were brilliant novels to read, they kept your attention the whole way through (some parts did seem abit predictable but that might be due to me having read so many thriller books). The author has a very good writting technique that manages to keep the pace all the way through the novels so there isn't a dull part to read. There wasn't one that I didn't enjoy or thought that it was weak compared to the other ones. They were all a really good read!

I thought that this was a brilliantly written and very intriguing book to read. It is set in 1795 in England where we follow the life and adventures of the main character Mary Finch, she is a character that it very easy to get along with, she is likeable and seems very realistic. All of the characters that feature in the book play an important part too the storyline there isn't any minor characters which adds great depth too the book and makes it even easier to get hooked into.
This isn't my normal type of book that I would read, however the front of the book is very eye catching and the blurb is also very interesting and makes you want to delve into it and read it straight away. This book really shows how talented the author is, even though the journey that Mary Finch goes on is long-winded she doesnt fail to keep hold of the readers attention.
In this novel Mary Finch is going on her travels from Cambridge to the East Suffolk coast where her uncle has asked her to visit him, she can't wait to get on with the journey to see her uncle that she has never seen before, what she doesn't bank on though is the dramatic twists and turns that her adventure will take and the people that she will meet on her journey. The journey she goes on is very well described by the author and paints a very vivid picture in the readers mind of what England looked like in the 1700's, it transports you there and makes you feel like you are really there. The book is one that is very easy to get hooked on and get drawn into. I would definately recommend this book to other people to give it a try, I did and I am very glad that I did as it was a thrill to read it and it will not be the last book I read by this author!

I saw this book on the Kindle Store for free and I thought that it looked really interesting so I gave it a go. It was a really interesting topic to read a book on, it gives a view on the lives of Jewish people living in Italy when the Nazis invaded there, I have normally only read about Jewish people living in Germany,Poland and Austria when the Nazis invaded, so it was nice to see it front a different point of view.

The story did kind of jump alittle bit, it didn't all connect together but that might have been due to the fact that the author was remember back to when he was between 7 and 13. It was a really good book to read, I might have cried a little (okay...I did), the story really puts you in Eric's shoes and what life was like for him in his childhood..which is meant to be the happiest time of your life.

The kindle version wasn't edited very well which lost it a star, but it was still a very good book and I would recommend it to people who like true stories from around that time.

When I first read the blurb of this book I couldn't wait to read it as it sounded like my kind of book, however when I started to read the book I was completely lost! It did all become a bit clearer as the book went on, but because it wasn't a very clear beginning it made me want to continue reading to find out what had happened and what the reason was behind Franks death (Alex's brother).
There wasn't any part of the book where I didn't want to continue or found it a bit boring or obvious to read. I thought it was a really good thriller that kept my attention throughout the novel and managed to keep a good pace throughout. If you enjoy reading fast paced books that will pass the hours by then this is going to be a great book for you! The writing style of Tim Tigner is very good and the description he uses reading makes the book come to life in your mind so you can actually see it happening in your imagination.
I very much enjoyed this book and I would love to read more books by Tim Tigner!

I thought that this book was very clever and a very unique storyline which I haven't read in another book before. I really enjoyed the writing style of James Calum Campbell, I found it to be a breath of fresh air, the words he used in his description really made my mind expand and made my imagination wonder into the world he wants the reader to experience. I have never read a book by this author but I will definitely be looking out for more books by him!
It is the type of book where it grabs your attention straight away and just doesn't let it go, it is a page turner, compelling, interesting, entertaining, has many twist and turns to keep your mind trying to think ahead of the author only for him to change direction completely. I really thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it to anyone who was thinking of giving this book a read!

An absolutely amazing book written by John Paul Bernett who is a brilliant author. This book is part of the ' The Reaper' series. It was a thrilling and gripping book which was extremely hard to put down. The author manages to capture the characters and portray them into your imagation drawing you further into the book. It is a good and fast paced storyline which grabs your attention from the very start. I would recommend this book to pretty much anybody, it's a book that doesn't disappoint at all. I can't wait for more additions to this amazing series!

This is a rather short book (72 pages) however it doesn't stop it from being a really great read! It is a dark fantasy novel that draws you into the world that the author has created, the description that E.J Taylor uses really brings your imagination alive and makes you imagine the world that the main character is seeing.
A lot of the chapters didn't really seem to connect to one another which made the book a little hard to read as there wasn't a flow throughout the book. If the book was a little bit longer I would have liked to known more of the world that the character was in, have explored it more so that I could have imagined it further and have been deeper into the book while reading it.
The only comment I have to make about this book is that I wish it was a longer book as I feel like it could have gone a lot further and that the author could have expanded more on the characters and the world, but overall I really enjoyed reading the book.

I received a copy of this novel thats to the amazing author in exchange for my honest review so....here is my review!

First of all I really love this novel! I felt so honoured to be able to get the change to read this book and I just couldn't wait to dive straight into the novel. The book is really brilliantly written, it keeps up a good pace throughout the novel which makes it easy to keep hold of the readers attention, keep them hooked on the novel and the characters. This is a brilliant debut novel written by a talented writter. All of the characters add something to the novel, there isn't any background characters, they all add to helping the reader imagine the surroundings, setting and characters that are featured in the book.
The character of Jon Fixx is one that is easy to get on with, and you want to know more about him which you do throughout the novel which adds depth to the book as it makes the reader feel like they really know Jon Fixx, he is the kind of character that you can vividly imagine in your mind...or even imagine being on the big screen one day!. It is the type of book that makes you want to read it and read it and not have to be away from it.
The novel has an unexpected twist of having the mob and FBI involved in it aswell, these little twist and turns also adds to the reader wanting to keep reading as you dont know where the author is going to take the story next. Even though it does have all of the points of a great crime novel...it doesnt mean that it makes it a predictable book to read. The only bad thing I have to say about this book that it finished! I could happily read many more books featuring the wonderful character Jon Fixx and I hope to read more books from this author one day.

I thought this book was expertly written by a clearly very talented author, as soon as it came through my door I just couldn't wait to start to read it. The character that is predominately featured in this book is a girl called Grace Lively who has been greatly changed by the events of the previous two years when The Great War took her father from her and also took her lover from her. Things start to get complicated when she returns to her fathers plantation with her new husband and meets her ex lovers best friend who she quickly falls in love with... just as her husband has been murdered!
This is a brilliant book that will grip hold of your attention and will refuse to let go of it. This is the first book that I have read by this author but it will definitely not be the last one I read by her, the description and the words that she uses just opens up your imagination and lets you live the book in your mind.

I found this novel on the Kindle Store for free and so I thought that I would give it a go. I thought that this was a very good read, it kept hold of the readers attention all the way through. Having read quite a few romantic novels some of them end up becoming rather predictable and boring but this book was one that was hard to predict which made it for me to feel unique and not like the other books that I have read previously. The characters of Mary and Tom are really great and the descriptions that the author does of them makes them seem relateable and realistic.
